India has dozens of regional biryanis, each shaped by local spices, cooking methods, and culture. Though Biryani has become an integral part of our food culture, we found one major gap in this space: The Price Point.
Named same but sold in different flavors based on the price point and the market. This triggered us a question – Why not give a quality biryani at an affordable price? How to reach the mass crowd? We are dedicated to build a food ecosystem which will become a street food revolution.

Biryani is not just food—it is a feeling that settles deep in the soul. It announces itself long before the first bite, drifting through kitchens and streets as an aroma that can stop conversations mid-sentence. That fragrance carries memories: family gatherings, wedding feasts, late-night cravings, and long journeys that somehow always ended with a plate of biryani waiting.
Each grain of rice tells a story. Long, fragrant basmati layered with spices that have been coaxed—not rushed—into harmony. The meat is tender, patient from slow cooking, infused with spices, mint, fried onions and ghee that melt into sweetness. When the pot is finally opened, it feels ceremonial, like unveiling something sacred.
